Michael Flomenhaft will be speaking at “Dementia and the Law,” a symposium sponsored by Fordham Law School. This free symposium will be held online via Zoom, on March 1, 2022. Six ethics CLE credits are available. The symposium will address challenges dementia poses in many facets of law. He will discuss a spectrum of dementia related issues arising in the representation of victims of traumatic brain injury.
