On July 11, 2021, Michael Flomenhaft presented “Legal Aspects of Neurotrauma,” at the 2021 Annual Society for Brain Mapping and Therapeutics Conference.

Since neurotrauma typically refers to Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and the vast majority of TBI is mild TBI or concussion, this presentation addresses the interplay between the medical assessment of mild TBI/concussion and the resulting medical narrative that frames the challenges posed in proving the potential long term severity of this injury in court.
