On February 21, 2018, Michael Flomenhaft and Benedene Cannata shared their perspectives for a CLE on “The Future of Neuroscience and Law,” sponsored by Fordham Law School. As a member of the Board of Advisors for the Neuroscience and Law Center at Fordham Law School, Mr. Flomenhaft contributed to the agenda. Neuroscience and its application to the law is a growing area and has particular importance to criminal and civil cases.
