After working in corporate international practice for 20 years Joseph Kim joined The Flomenhaft Law Firm, PLLC in 2023 as an associate. He brings his experience in complex deal structuring and dispute resolution skills to his new practice. Mr. Kim works on motor vehicle cases, premises liability and labor law and medical malpractice cases.

Mr. Kim is a native of New York City and graduated from the prestigious Bronx High School of Science. He was pre-med at Columbia College, Columbia University, graduating with a B.A. in chemistry and philosophy. He received his JD from the Boston University School of Law. Mr. Kim is fluent in English and Korean.
