John Signoriello is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law, and CUNY Hunter College, where he gained a Bachelor’s degree in Classical Chinese Language & Literature. Prior to attending law school, John lived for several years in Taipei, Taiwan. There, he learned Mandarin Chinese at the National Taiwan Normal University Mandarin Training Center, and taught English to school-aged children.
During law school, John gained exposure to brain and spinal injury cases as a law clerk for The Flomenhaft Law Firm, PLLC. John was further introduced to the interplay between neuroscience and the law by attending lectures given by Michael Flomenhaft in conjunction with his Neuroscience and Law coursework at Fordham University School of Law.
John has prior experience representing injured plaintiffs in federal Multidistrict Litigations against pharmaceutical manufacturers. These litigations often hinged on complex theories of scientific causation.
In the years prior to joining The Flomenhaft Law Firm, PLLC as an associate, John served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Special Victims Bureau of the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office. There, he prosecuted cases involving felony sex crimes against adults and children, as well as cases of child abuse, neglect, and crimes against children on the internet, from the pre-arrest investigation stage through trial and conviction.
