Habl\u00f3 en un panel que ten\u00eda como t\u00edtulo <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hidden Harm of Traumatic Brain Injuries.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Sr. Flomenhaft coment\u00f3 sobre los frecuentemente opuestos puntos de vista sobre la conmoci\u00f3n cerebral por parte de los campos de neurolog\u00eda y de neurociencia. En particular, demostr\u00f3 que si bien la neurolog\u00eda y la neuroimagen convencional est\u00e1n arraigadas en una perspectiva de materia cortical\/gris, la diferente perspectiva de la red\/materia blanca de la neurociencia puede ser mucho m\u00e1s informativa, ya que la conmoci\u00f3n cerebral es predominantemente un fen\u00f3meno de la red\/materia blanca.
